About the job:
In this Sales Director role, you will be part of a team that is dedicated to driving new business for a fast-growing company in the FinTech space. You will have the unique opportunity to join a team innovating in a space that is ripe for disruption. Treasury Management experience preferred.
What you’ll do:
- Manage a territory of prospective enterprise prospective customers
- Create new business opportunities from qualified leads.
- Build and nurture relationships with channel partners
- Develop and execute outbound strategies to create and nurture new business opportunities
- Run product demonstrations for prospective customers
- Maintain a healthy pipeline and accurately forecast sales.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
A successful candidate has:
- 3+ years of enterprise SaaS selling experience in the Treasury Management space
- Experience selling into Finance/Treasury teams including the office of the CFO
- Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships with upper management and C-Suite executives
- Ability to autonomously generate leads, qualify opportunities, and close deals
- Entrepreneurial attitude with a desire to learn and continuously improve

Compensation
Compensation for this position may vary based upon, but not limited to, geographic location, skill sets, years of relevant experience, qualifications, certifications or other professional licenses held. The compensation is structured according to a geographic tier system (Tiers 1–3), with final salary determined based on the candidate's experience and geographic location. (Salary range 180k-220k OTE)
