About The Role
We're looking for a Marketing Wizard to own and grow our marketing efforts. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You'll help design our marketing strategy, execute campaigns, analyze performance, and support the sales team with the tools they need to succeed.
You'll work closely with product, sales, and design to drive growth and build our brand in an industry that's ready for disruption.

With home insurance costs skyrocketing, the industry needs a fresh approach. We're harnessing technology to accurately and automatically detect structural damage, offering coverage that's resilient to weather, fraud, and market volatility. Our goal is to provide homeowners with consistent, affordable insurance when they need it most.

What you'll do
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute a marketing strategy aligned with the company's goals
- Identify and prioritize the most effective marketing channels
- Collaborate with sales to align marketing with pipeline and revenue targets
Campaign Execution
- Plan, launch, and optimize digital campaigns across web, email, and social platforms
- Create marketing content: landing pages, case studies, blog posts, newsletters, and sales collateral
- Partner with our Marketing Designer on campaign creative and brand assets
- Use design tools (Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for updates and light design work
Analytics & Growth
- Track and analyze campaign performance, lead generation, and ROI
- Use data to refine campaigns and improve conversion rates throughout the funnel
- Support sales and leadership with presentations, one-pagers, and tailored content
You'll fit right in if you:
Ship marketing that works. 3-5+ years building and executing marketing campaigns that drive real business results, preferably in startups or fast-moving environments.
Know digital marketing. Strong grasp of SEO, SEM, paid advertising, email marketing, and social media. You've run campaigns across multiple channels and know what works.
Write and design. Excellent writing and storytelling skills with an eye for design. You can create compelling content and basic visual materials.
Use data. Experience with Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar tools. You make decisions based on performance data, not just intuition.
Work autonomously. Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You can prioritize, adapt quickly, and get things done without constant direction.
Bonus Points:
- Experience with B2B sales cycles and sales enablement
- Background in growth marketing or demand generation
Collaborate effectively. You work well across teams, communicate clearly, and help others succeed.
