As we continue to scale, we're looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer to lead our engineering teams and drive the successful delivery of our ambitious product roadmap.

Role Overview

• Experienced Full Stack Developer with 4 years of hands-on expertise in designing, developing, and deploying web applications.
• Procient in backend development using Python, with strong skills in frameworks such as Django and FastAPI.
• Skilled in frontend development using ReactJS, ensuring seamless user interfaces and responsive design.
• Skilled at MongoDB & PostgreSQL database management, with a focus on performance optimization and data integrity.
• Capable of contributing to system design and architecture discussions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
• Strong communicator with a track record of collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams and delivering high-quality solutions.
• Good debugging skills.
• Experienced in building complex features.
  
  

Required Skills & Qualications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Development.
• Strong expertise in Python (FastAPI) for backend development.
• Prociency in JavaScript and React.js for frontend development.
• Experience working with MongoDB & PostgreSQL databases.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, authentication, and microservices architecture.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities in an Agile environment.
• Prior experience in a startup or product-based company is highly preferred.
  
  

Note : Completely IC Role and Hands-on coding is mandatory.

Additional Skills (Good To Have)

• Experience with Next. js for server-side rendering.
• Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms.
