Position Overview

Health Here is looking for an experienced Sales Director to lead new customer acquisition and drive revenue growth for our value-based care solutions. This is a highly execution-oriented role, requiring direct responsibility for managing a sales pipeline, closing new business, and expanding strategic relationships. We are seeking a proven technology sales professional who can effectively navigate healthcare stakeholders and contribute to our high-growth organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pipeline Generation & Sales Execution
  • Own a personal quota and drive consistent attainment of ARR goals.
  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business with orthopedic practices, MSOs, ASC networks, and payors.
  • Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, demos, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts using HubSpot/CRM tools.

Consultative Engagement

  • Act as a trusted advisor in discussions on value-based care, including commercial market episodic payment models.
  • Navigate executive-level conversations with provider groups and payors.
  • Clearly articulate Health Here’s value proposition in clinical, financial, and operational terms.

Collaboration & Enablement

  • Partner with Product, Implementation, and Customer Success to ensure seamless onboarding and handoffs.
  • Provide real-world market feedback to influence product roadmap and GTM strategy.
  • Support creation of sales enablement content (pitch decks, case studies, ROI models).

Ideal Background & Experience

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience in healthcare, SaaS, and/or Fintech.
  • Demonstrated success in carrying a personal quota and consistently exceeding ARR goals.
  • Experience selling into provider groups or payors at the executive level.
  • Strong understanding of reimbursement models, provider incentives, and value-based care dynamics.
  • Comfortable with CRM (HubSpot) and EMR/Practice Management RCM workflows.

Compensation Design

  • Base Salary: $85,000 – $120,000 (depending on experience)
  • Variable Compensation (Bonus/Commission): OTE $115,000 – $150,000+
  • Equity/Stock Options: Competitive grant with 4-year vesting and 1-year cliff
