Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and evaluate patient care needs based on individual health conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments following physician orders and facility protocols.
• Monitor patient vital signs and observe for changes in health status.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and families on health management and care plans.
