Responsibilities Include

• Providing comprehensive care to neonatal patients with complex medical needs
• Monitoring vital signs and adjusting treatment plans accordingly
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Administering medications and interventions as prescribed
• Educating families on care procedures and discharge instructions
