• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions in the ICU setting
• Administer medications, treatments, and life-support interventions as prescribed
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Respond to emergencies promptly and efficiently
• Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and health management
