We are seeking a dedicated RN for our ICU in Chico, CA. This critical care role involves providing advanced nursing care to critically ill patients, monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor patient progress regularly
• Manage ventilators, IV therapies, and life support equipment
• Respond promptly to patient emergencies and provide life-saving interventions
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-discharge care
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with hospital protocols
