We are seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) for the Telemetry Unit on night shift (7p-7a) with a $10,000 sign-on bonus.

• Evaluate, plan, implement, and document patient care for assigned patients.
• Perform patient tests, administer medications, and assist physicians during examinations.
• Establish care goals and educate patients and families on conditions, self-care, and medications.
• Qualifications include active RN license in Texas, BLS and ACLS certifications, with PALS and EKG experience preferred.
• Minimum 1-year experience required, including skills in clinical assessment, critical thinking, and suicide prevention.
