Seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct and indirect nursing care in accordance with physician orders and resident care plans.

• Perform resident admission reviews, monitor ongoing health status, and document findings electronically.
• Update care plans with changes and communicate with staff.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed and document accordingly.
• Respond to resident and family concerns, ensuring safety and comfort during rounds.
• Assist with activities of daily living and supervise direct care staff.
• Qualifications include current LPN licensure, CPR certification or willingness to obtain, strong communication skills, and basic computer skills.
• Must have an interest in geriatric care and demonstrate leadership abilities.
