Seeking Licensed Practical Nurses to provide skilled home health care in Jeffersonville, Salem, Floyds Knobs, and Corydon, IN.

• Responsibilities include documenting patient care, following physician orders, administering treatments, educating patients and families, and assisting with specialized procedures.
• Must prepare equipment, observe patient reactions, maintain records, and participate in care planning and team conferences.
• Orders are cosigned by RNs; medications and treatments are administered as prescribed.
• Report incidents promptly and perform technical skills competently.
• Qualifications: graduate of an approved nursing program, licensed in the state, CPR certified, with preferred 1-year experience.
