The Physical Therapist is responsible for assessing, planning, evaluating, and implementing care for patients across all age groups, demonstrating understanding of their developmental and functional needs.

• Adheres to all standards of the Physical Therapy Practice Act, providing appropriate therapy interventions, supplies, and equipment.
• Supports the organization’s mission and core values, actively participating in fulfilling strategic goals.
• Qualifications include a Bachelor, Master, or Doctor of Physical Therapy, LA licensure, and current BLS certification.
• Must complete required CEUs timely; new graduates are welcome to apply.
• De-Escalation certification required within 90 days of hire with annual recertification.
