Responsibilities: Support a 36-bed Med Surg unit with diverse patient diagnoses such as diabetes, cognitive disorders, and end-of-life care in a fast-paced environment. Utilize leadership and administrative skills to ensure smooth operations, coordinate patient care, promote staff development, and lead quality initiatives. Foster a positive, inclusive work environment that encourages team growth. This role is an exempt, 8-hour shift position as part of the unit leadership team.

• Qualifications: Must hold a current California RN license and BLS certification. Additional unit-specific certifications may be required.
