This full-time Physical Therapist position involves a 36-hour workweek on dayshift, with flexibility for off-shift hours at both hospital and rehab facilities.

Requirements include a valid Ohio physical therapy license, graduation from an accredited program, and current CPR certification.

• Responsibilities encompass evaluating patients, developing and implementing personalized therapy programs, reviewing orders, and adjusting treatments based on progress.
• Maintain departmental policies, ensure safety and infection control, and assist with equipment maintenance.
• Proficient electronic documentation skills and safe patient handling are essential.
• All other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and commitment to quality care.
