Seeking a competent RN with at least 1 year of related experience to provide independent, routine, and complex care in a 30-bed Acute Telemetry unit.

• Practices according to ANA standards, utilizing nursing processes such as assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Addresses patients' psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs, providing education to patients and families.
• Delegates duties appropriately to team members to manage clinical situations effectively.
• Requires a BSN preferred, current RN license, BLS, and ACLS certification; additional certifications may be needed within specified timeframes.
• Participates in orientation and competency validation, with opportunities for residency programs.
