The Nurse practices independently within a clinical setting, providing routine and complex care while managing long-term goals. They demonstrate awareness of all relevant aspects of patient situations, delegate appropriately, and develop contingency management skills.

• Provides nursing care using the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Addresses psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families.
• Administers medications and treatments per protocol, monitors side-effects, and documents care.
• Assess learning needs and educate patients, families, and caregivers.
• Meets competency expectations, attends orientation, and completes required certifications within designated timeframes.
• Requires a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred), 1 year of related experience, and active RN license; certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and other specialty credentials are necessary.
• Work schedule is 7AM-7PM, full-time.
