Seeking a Part-Time RN/LPN for day shift (6:00a - 6:30p) with a set schedule every 3rd weekend (Fri-Sun) and holiday rotation.

• Shift differential adds $2/hour for weekend hours.
• Provides high-quality nursing care aligned with regulatory standards, policies, and procedures.
• Must hold an active ND RN or LPN license or obtain one upon hire.
• Assess residents' health, develop and update care plans, administer medications, and monitor effectiveness.
• Ensure accurate documentation and provide direct care as needed.
• Lead and supervise staff, ensure staffing levels, and support residents and families.
• Communicate with healthcare team, update skills, and assist in resident care conferences and staff training.
• Report incidents and comply with regulations.
• Compensation ranges from $33-$35.97/hr for RNs and $27-$29.43/hr for LPNs, with shift differentials and benefits including health insurance, 403(B), paid time off, and more.
