The Nurse independently provides routine and complex care in a clinical setting, demonstrating awareness of all relevant aspects of each situation.

• Utilizes the nursing process for assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Addresses patients' psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs, providing education to patients and families.
• Administers medications and treatments following protocols, monitors for side effects, and documents care accurately.
• Makes appropriate care assignments and delegates tasks to team members to manage clinical situations effectively.
• Meets competency expectations, completes required certifications timely, and participates in orientation and residency programs if applicable.
  
  

Qualifications include a BSN preferred, at least one year of related nursing experience, and required licenses and certifications such as BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC.
