<div> <ul> <li>The nurse practices independently in a clinical setting, providing routine and complex care while managing long-term goals and contingencies. </li> <li> Meets competencies related to self-leadership, team leadership, and organizational leadership. </li> <li> Utilizes the nursing process—including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation—to deliver patient care. </li> <li> Addresses patients' psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs, administering medications and treatments per protocols, monitoring effects, and documenting care. </li> <li> Assesses learning needs and educates patients, families, and caregivers. </li> <li> Requires a BSN (preferred), at least 1 year of related experience, and RN licensure; certifications in BLS, NRP, ACLS, and specialized fetal and neonatal monitoring are necessary. </li> <li> New hires must complete orientation and competency validation within specified timeframes. </li> <li> Work schedule is 7PM-7AM, full-time position.</li> </ul> </div>
