The Nurse practices independently within a clinical setting, providing both routine and complex care while managing long-term goals and contingencies.

• Provides patient assessments, diagnoses, planning, interventions, and evaluations following professional standards.
• Addresses patients' psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs, offering education to patients and families.
• Administers medications and treatments per protocol, monitoring for side effects and effectiveness.
• Documents patient information accurately and maintains compliance with organizational competencies.
• Requires a BSN (preferred), 1+ year related experience (preferred), RN license, BLS, and ACLS certification.
• Attends orientation and competency validations, with ongoing annual skill assessments.
• Work schedule is 7 PM - 7 AM, full-time position.
