We are seeking a dedicated RN to join our growing home health team, offering a traveling role across multiple counties in Northern Wisconsin.

• Primary responsibilities include providing patient care (IV, Cath, Wound vac, etc.), reinforcing health instructions, and performing Start of Care, Resumption of Care, and Discharge visits.
• Monitor and report patient vital signs and condition to the team.
• Requires RN license; 1 year of experience preferred, home health experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Open to new graduates; full-time or part-time roles with weekend rotation.
