• As a Home Health Registered Nurse, you'll assess, monitor, and develop personalized care plans based on physician orders and initial assessments.
• Provide high-quality medical care, patient education, and support recovery while collaborating with healthcare teams.
• Key duties include vital sign monitoring, wound care, medication administration, documentation, and ensuring infection control.
• Requires strong assessment, clinical skills, critical thinking, and excellent communication, along with flexibility and empathy.
• Must hold an active MO RN license, have home health experience, and possess a driver’s license with current auto insurance.
