• Deliver and coordinate patient care per CARF standards within the program.
• Maintain rehabilitation knowledge and collaborate with team members and leadership.
• Conduct evaluations, reassessments, and develop care plans, delegating responsibilities as needed.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (HIPAA, OSHA) and proper documentation for certification.
• Work with billing and risk management teams to ensure accuracy and safety.
• Must have a Bachelor's in Physical Therapy, be licensed in Texas, with orthopaedic experience and manual therapy skills.
• Strong communication, decision-making, and relationship-building skills required.
• Requires physical ability to assist patients and operate equipment in a fast-paced environment.
