The position oversees nursing services during evening, night, and weekend hours, ensuring quality patient care.

• Requires an Associateâs Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred) and current RN license with BLS certification; ACLS certification needed within six months.
• Must have at least six months management experience or five years of clinical acute care experience.
• Responsible to the Manager of Nursing Office, working in a dynamic environment with exposure to infectious diseases, x-rays, and unpredictable situations.
• Must handle emergency situations, stand for prolonged periods, and assist with patient and equipment transfers, maintaining good body mechanics.
• Requires excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and manual dexterity with normal hearing and visual acuity.
