The Nurse independently practices in a clinical setting, providing routine and complex care with long-term planning abilities.

• Responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care according to ANA standards.
• Addresses psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families, administering medications, monitoring effects, and documenting all care.
• Provides patient and family education, identifying needs and resources.
• Meets competency expectations in leadership and clinical skills.
• Requires a BSN preferred, 1+ year of related experience, RN license, BLS, and ACLS certification.
• New hires attend orientation, with competency validation and onboarding.
• Work schedule is 7PM-7AM, full-time, with credential deadlines and ongoing competency requirements.
