We are seeking home providers in Crawford County, IA to become Host Home/Shared Living providers. Earn an average of $80,000 (tax-free) annually plus room and board by sharing your home with individuals with disabilities.

• Provide support with daily tasks, life skills, and community activities.
• Assist with medication, health, transportation, and personal needs.
• Support skill development and foster independence, tailoring support levels to individual needs.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment, complete documentation, and ensure compliance with policies.
• Must reside in Iowa, own or rent a home, have transportation, and pass background checks.
