• Administers medications, monitors effects, documents patient information, and educates patients and families.
• Requirements include a BSN preferred, 1+ year of related experience, current RN license, BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• New hires undergo orientation, preceptorship, and competency validation within specified timeframes, with ongoing annual competency requirements.
