• The RN provides comprehensive patient care, assesses health status, develops and implements care plans, and evaluates patient responses.
• Delegates tasks to LPNs and UAPs following Ohio Nurse Practice Act standards.
• Responsibilities include initial and ongoing assessments (30%), planning (30%), implementation and evaluation (20%), leadership in process improvements (10%), and operational duties (10%).
• Minimum qualifications: Associate's Degree, RN licensure, and BLS certification. Night shift, 36 hours/week in an observation unit.
