We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Bridgeton, MO, for a full-time, in-person role.

• Lead clinical assessments, develop and adjust individualized treatment plans, and supervise RBTs.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and professionals to support client progress.
• Ensure ethical practice and maintain accurate documentation.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
