Seeking a competent RN with 1+ year experience in a similar clinical setting to provide independent, routine, and complex patient care.

• Practices according to ANA standards, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Addresses patients' psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs, providing education to patients and families.
• Administers medications and treatments using appropriate protocols, monitoring effectiveness and side effects.
• Delegates tasks to care team members to manage clinical situations effectively.
• Requires BLS, ACLS certification, RN license, and preferred BSN.
• Experience in critical care preferred; new graduates considered.
• Work schedule: full-time, 5 days/week, 8-hour shifts.
