The Nurse, with comparable clinical experience, practices independently, providing routine and complex care while developing long-term plans. They assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, addressing psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs. The role involves administering medications, monitoring treatments, documenting patient information, and educating patients and families.

• Requires a BSN (preferred), 1+ year experience in a related specialty, RN license, and BLS certification. ACLS is required within 30 days of hire.
• New hires must complete orientation, competency validation, and participate in residency if applicable. All certifications must be obtained within specified grace periods.
