The Clinical Director oversees clinical operations for the Residence and QRTP programs, providing supervision, consultation, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

• Ensures a consistent therapeutic approach through effective team supervision and adherence to program standards.
• Monitors clinical staff’s training, certifications, and documentation, approving treatment plans, assessments, and progress notes.
• Acts as a senior team member, guiding interventions and treatment strategies for residents.
• Provides supervision, training, and oversight of behavioral and medical interventions, collaborating with psychiatric and nursing teams.
• Participates in staff meetings and other duties as assigned.
• Requires licensure (LCSW-C, LCPC, LMSW, LPC) with supervisory experience, strong clinical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to work with diverse adolescents.
• Physical demands include sitting, hearing, and occasional physical activity; work environment is generally quiet to moderate. Salary ranges from $95,000 to $105,000.
