Seeking competent RN for a 30-bed Acute Telemetry unit in a faith-based, compassionate organization.

• Practices independently, providing routine and complex care, delegating as needed.
• Utilizes the nursing process for assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Addresses patients' psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs.
• Administers medications/treatments per protocol, monitors side effects, and documents care.
• Provides patient and family education, identifies issues, and recommends resources.
  
  

Requirements include a BSN (preferred), 1+ year related experience (preferred), RN license, BLS, and ACLS certifications.

• New hires must complete orientation, competency validation, and ongoing certifications.
• Work schedule varies; full-time position available.
