We're seeking an experienced Tax Manager earning up to $130,000 plus a 10% bonus to lead tax engagements and review returns for diverse clients in a fast-paced public accounting environment.

• Work in a hybrid setting with 3 days in-office (Wednesday required), enjoying flexible summer hours and shortened Fridays.
• Lead and mentor junior staff, prepare and review complex tax returns (1040, 1041, 1065, 1120, 1120S, 990), and advise clients on tax-saving strategies and business planning.
• Stay current on tax law changes and support audit preparations and client interactions.
• Requirements include 4+ years of public accounting experience, proven review and leadership skills, CPA license or active pursuit, and proficiency with CCH Axcess and QuickBooks (preferred). Experience with nonprofit returns (990) is a plus.
