The Nurse, with relevant clinical experience, practices independently, providing routine and complex care while managing long-term goals and contingencies.

• Responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, planning, intervening, and evaluating patient care using the nursing process.
• Addresses patients' psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs, administers medications, monitors effects, and documents care.
• Provides education to patients and families, assessing learning needs and resources.
• Meets competency standards, holds a BSN preferred, with at least 1 year of related experience preferred.
• Requires RN license, BLS, NRP, and STABLE certifications, with onboarding within 30 days and annual competency validation.
• Perinatal RN experience or residency preferred.
• Work schedule is 7PM-7AM, per diem as needed.
