The Physician is responsible for evaluating and treating patients in urgent care and occupational health settings, ensuring compassionate and respectful care aligned with organizational values and mission.

• Providing appropriate treatment plans with clear communication and proper documentation via electronic systems.
• Handling coding and billing accurately, maintaining legal and ethical standards, and ensuring clinical productivity.
• Following up on patient care as needed and supervising APPs (Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners) per regulations.
• Supporting community relationships through exemplary patient care to contribute to organizational success.
• Must have active Missouri medical license, DEA, MD or DO degree, residency in family or emergency medicine, current board certification, BLS, and proficiency with EHR; DOT certification may be required.
• Valued skills include x-ray interpretation, suturing, and experience in urgent or emergency care, with preferred board certifications.
