Seeking a flexible Nurse Practitioner (PRN) for home risk assessments, including new grads.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of adult/geriatric patients during visits up to one hour, reviewing health, medical history, medications, and social factors.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members and primary care physicians to provide follow-up, education, and referrals.
• Perform assessments in various settings: home, skilled facilities, telehealth.
• Earn $2,200-$11,000/month based on completed assessments, with flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends.
• Requirements: Master’s or equivalent, current RN and NP licensure, certification, at least 1-year NP experience, strong communication skills, and ability to travel.
