Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus available for a Registered Nurse (RN) Hospice role.

• Provides comprehensive nursing care to assigned patients, coordinating services and supervising LPNs, HHAs, and referrals.
• Requires IL RN licensure, CPR certification, and a valid driver’s license with personal vehicle. BSN preferred; at least 2 years of acute care experience, hospice or home health preferred.
• Demonstrates skills in assessment, symptom management, patient education, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Supervises and delegates care, ensures safety, and participates in quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintains professional standards, ethical decision-making, and community engagement, with strong communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
