We are seeking a full-time Registered Supervisory Nurse for a leading home care organization with 14 NY branch offices.

• Qualified RNs with at least two years of nursing experience, preferably in home health care, are encouraged to apply.
• Responsibilities include conducting patient home visits, supervising and evaluating Home Health Aides, teaching in-services, performing chart audits, and documenting patient assessments.
• Ideal candidates should have flexibility, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment.
