Summary: The competent Nurse independently provides routine and complex care in a similar clinical setting, demonstrating awareness of all relevant aspects of patient situations.

• Utilizes the nursing process for assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Addresses patients' psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs while educating patients and families.
• Administers medications, monitors effects, and documents care accurately.
• Delegates tasks appropriately to team members to manage clinical situations effectively.
• Requires a BSN (preferred), at least 1 year of related experience (preferred), BLS certification, and RN licensure in the state or compact.
• Work schedule is 7 PM - 7 AM, full-time employment.
