This RN position requires graduation from an accredited nursing program and a current New Mexico or Compact state RN license.

• BLS certification must be obtained within 2 weeks of hire; other certifications within 6 months.
• Must maintain certifications if already obtained at hire.
• Skills include age-specific care, patient rights, and clear communication.
• Supervised by the Patient Care Director or Manager.
• Work involves exposure to infectious diseases, X-rays, and a clean, ventilated environment.
• Flexible hours with potential schedule changes; stressful professional relationships may occur.
• Physical demands include standing, walking, patient transfers, reaching, bending, and visual acuity; manual dexterity required.
