Summary: The experienced Nurse independently provides routine and complex care in a clinical setting, demonstrating awareness of all relevant aspects of patient situations. They assign and delegate tasks to care providers while developing long-term care goals.

• Responsibilities include utilizing the nursing process for assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation, addressing patients' psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs.
• Administers medications, monitors effects, documents patient information, and educates patients and families.
• Qualifications include a BSN preferred, at least 1 year of related nursing experience, valid RN license, BLS, NRP, and STABLE certifications.
• New hires must complete orientation and competency validation within specified timeframes.
• Work schedule is 7PM-7AM, per diem as needed.
