The Nurse, with relevant clinical experience, practices independently, managing routine and complex patient care and long-term planning.

• Provides nursing care based on the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Addresses patients' psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs, providing education to patients, families, and caregivers.
• Administers medications and treatments per protocol, monitors effects, and documents care and patient history.
• Delegates tasks appropriately to care team members to ensure effective clinical management.
• Meets competency expectations, completes required certifications, and participates in orientation and residency programs.
• Requires a BSN (preferred), valid RN license, BLS, and ACLS certification, with at least one year of related nursing experience preferred.
• Ensures ongoing professional development by completing annual competencies and obtaining necessary certifications within designated timeframes.
• Full-time position with responsibilities including patient-centered care, education, and adherence to clinical standards.
