As a Fulfillment Associate, you'll deliver quality customer service by maintaining a clean, safe, and well-stocked store.

• Respond promptly to customer and team needs with friendliness and professionalism.
• Ensure merchandise is in good condition, accurately accounted for, and delivered on time.
• Pull, inspect, and prepare orders for pickup or delivery, including large appliances, and replenish shelves.
• Assist with loading merchandise onto trucks and help customers and staff move products safely.
• Verify invoices and ensure deliveries are ready upon truck arrival.
• Be physically capable of lifting 25+ pounds and perform tasks involving standing or moving merchandise.
• Obtain certification on power equipment within 30 days if assigned to the Pro Department.
• Availability for flexible shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
• Minimum requirements include basic reading, writing, arithmetic, and computer skills; retail or customer service experience is preferred.
