Responsibilities include assisting residents with daily personal care, escorting to meals, activities, and appointments, and engaging with residents to enhance their well-being.

Requirements: STNA certification for STNA roles; no certification needed for Resident Care Companion. A cheerful attitude, love for seniors, and previous experience in senior care are preferred but not mandatory.
