Responsibilities

• Serve as Charge Nurse, acting as the primary liaison between care team, physicians, patients, and families.
• Oversee patient safety, quality, and regulatory activities each shift.
• Coordinate patient flow and staff assignments to ensure efficient care delivery.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• At least 2 years of RN experience in the relevant area or demonstrated competency.
• Minimum 6 months experience as Relief Charge RN or in a team leadership role.
  
  

Licenses & Certifications

• Valid California RN license.
• Current BLS certification from AHA.
• Additional certifications as required for the unit.
  
  

Note: Pay ranges are estimates and subject to change. Bonuses apply to external hires meeting criteria and do not exceed $950.
