The Nurse practices independently in a clinical setting, providing routine and complex care while managing long-term goals and contingencies.

• Responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, planning, intervening, and evaluating patient care per ANA standards.
• Addresses psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families, administering medications, monitoring effects, and documenting care.
• Provides patient and caregiver education, assesses learning needs, and uses appropriate protocols.
• Requirements include a BSN (preferred), 1+ year of relevant experience, RN license, and certifications such as BLS, NRP, and STABLE.
• New hires must attend orientation, complete competency validations, and obtain required certifications within specified grace periods.
• Work schedule is from 7AM to 7PM, full-time.
