The Nurse, with similar clinical experience, practices independently, providing both routine and complex care while managing long-term goals and contingencies.

• Responsibilities include applying the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, evaluation—addressing patients' psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs.
• Administers medications, monitors treatment effectiveness, documents patient information, and educates patients and families.
• Meets competency expectations, demonstrates leadership, and delegates appropriately.
• Requires a BSN preferred, 1+ year of related experience, RN license, BLS, and certifications such as STABLE, NRP, with additional certifications preferred.
• New hires attend orientation within 30 days; experienced RNs with neonatal or perinatal experience are preferred.
• Work schedule is 7AM-7PM, full-time.
