The Nurse, with similar clinical experience, practices independently and manages routine and complex patient care, including long-term planning.

• Provides comprehensive nursing care following ANA standards, incorporating assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Addresses patients' psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs while educating patients and families about care and treatments.
• Administers medications and treatments per protocols, monitors effectiveness, and documents patient information accurately.
• Delegates tasks appropriately to care team members to manage clinical situations effectively.
• Requires a BSN (preferred), 1+ year of relevant experience, an active RN license, and BLS certification.
• Works full-time night shifts from 7PM to 7AM.
