The Registered Nurse coordinates and delivers patient care tailored to the specific age group on assigned units, ensuring safety and quality aligned with organizational standards.

• Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program with a current RN license and BLS certification; additional certifications required within 6 months.
• Possesses current knowledge of patient care needs, communicates effectively with patients of all ages, and respects patient rights.
• Reports to the Patient Care Director or Manager; works in a safe environment with exposure to infectious diseases and emergency situations.
• Requires physical stamina for prolonged standing, moving patients, and handling equipment, with visual and manual dexterity skills.
